Further to my earlier comment, TPA recently fined Porter Airlines for a curfew violation under the Tripartite Agreement. Although we have begun (but not concluded) the process to secure enforcement tools from Transport Canada, as I stated earlier, we have proceeded with assessing fines in the interim -- where warranted and appropriate.
As you may know, Porter recently secured an earlier Newark takeoff slot, which should make it far easier to abide by the TCCA curfew, regardless of ground delays and weather patterns.

(CommunityAIR would like to congratulate the Toronto Port Authority for their new policy of enforcing the curfew regulations at the Island Airport. In future we expect that every violation will be met with a fine. Please let us know the amount of the fine. Let's work together to enforce the noise regulations and STOL provisions at the airport.
